We use PayPal shopping cart and can therefore accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and AmEx, as well as payments from your PayPal account.

HOW OUR CHECKOUT PROCESS WORKS
We use the PayPal shopping cart because it's safe, secure and allows you to pay in a variety of ways. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry- the checkout process is as easy as any normal online checkout. After checkout you will be taken to a page that will lead you to your download. Please read the instructions.

RETURNS
You can return any product at any time as long as it's not been damaged.

HOW DOES DOWNLOADING A SONG WORK?
After you check out you will be directed to a page with a link for immediate download. Click the button on the download page, then save the PDF document onto your computer. Or right click the button and choose "save link as". The song will be in PDF form. If you don't have Adobe Reader you can get it for free here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOOK ORDER?
Most of the time your book will be shipped within 3 days.

CAN I MAIL ORDER SOMETHING?
Yes, just email Jennifer@PBAMusic.com with your name, address, phone number and what book(s) and cd(s) you want. We will ship them to you with an invoice you can pay by check through the mail.

WHAT ARE ACCOMPIANMENT CDS?
Accompaniment CDs are a recording of the piano accompaniment part for those without access to a piano.

WHY DON'T THE AUDIO SAMPLES WORK?
